Year 5 and 6 Boccia Competition

Class: Class 11 (Year 5) Year: 2023 - 2024

A group of Year 5 and Year 6 children competed in a Boccia competition at Leigh Sports Village.

The children very quickly got used to the rules of the game and thoroughly enjoyed competing against other schools.

They showed great resilience and brilliant sportsmanship whilst they were playing and it was lovely to see them all supporting each other.

Both teams played incredibly well and the Year 5 team came in 3rd place! 

The children's behaviour was impeccable throughout the competition and they have all been fantastic ambassadors for Lowton West.
